1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MailG ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailG is a Google Sheets add-on that helps you create email templates, personalize messages with spreadsheet data, send campaigns through Gmail, and optionally track opens. Billing and account limits are managed by our API and Stripe.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • • Comply with Google’s terms, Gmail sending limits, and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM / ePrivacy where applicable)
  • • Only email recipients who have a lawful basis to receive your messages
  • • Keep your Google account secure
  • • Not use the Service for phishing, malware, harassment, or other abusive purposes

4. Plans and Billing

MailG offers Free and paid plans with different daily send limits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices and quotas are shown on the pricing page and may change for new purchases. Taxes may apply.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the process described on our pricing / billing flow. Refunds are handled as described on the pricing page or as required by mandatory consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your templates and spreadsheet content. MailG’s software, branding, and website remain our property or that of our licensors.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every email will be delivered by Gmail.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MailG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
