Payment card details are not stored on our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may also collect automatically:

• • API usage needed to operate the Service (authenticated requests from the add-on)
• • Basic technical logs (timestamps, error codes) for reliability and security
• • Open-tracking pixel requests when you enable tracking on a campaign

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• • Provide the Service (templates, campaigns, quotas, tracking, billing)
• • Authenticate the Sheets add-on against our API
• • Manage subscriptions and process payments via Stripe
• • Respond to support requests
• • Improve reliability and prevent abuse

3. Email Content and Gmail

MailG is a Google Sheets add-on that sends email through your Google account. Message bodies and recipients are processed in Google’s environment when you send. Our servers store templates and campaign status you choose to sync with the API; we do not sell your email content.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• • Google (as required to run the Workspace add-on and Gmail send)

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain account, template, and campaign data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations (including billing records).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

Our marketing site may use essential cookies for locale and basic preferences. The Sheets add-on runs inside Google and follows Google’s session model.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
