Getting started with MailG
Add contacts, create a template, preview, and send your first mail merge from Google Sheets in under five minutes.
This walkthrough covers a first campaign: contacts in Sheets, a simple template, a quick preview, then send.
1. Prepare your sheet
Create columns such as email, first_name, and company. Each row is one recipient. Keep a valid email address in every row you plan to send.
2. Create your template
Open MailG in Google Sheets and create a new email template. Use merge tags that match your column headers so each message feels personal.
3. Preview and send
Preview a few rows to confirm tags resolve correctly. Then send or schedule. On paid plans you can use Autopilot and higher daily quotas.
