Welcome to MailG: Mail Merge For Gmail by JOLIEBE (SIREN: 981322662), a French Simplified Joint-Stock Company (EURL) with a capital of 1000€.

1. Agreement Overview

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JOLIEBE for your use of our services. The agreement includes these Universal Terms and any Additional Terms that may apply to specific services.

2. Service Description

MailG provides email merge services for Gmail users. We may update, modify, or enhance our services over time. We reserve the right to limit service features or storage capacity at our discretion.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access.

4. User Obligations

You agree to: (a) provide accurate registration information, (b) use the services only for lawful purposes, (c) not attempt to access the services through unauthorized means, and (d) not interfere with the services' operation.

5. Intellectual Property

JOLIEBE retains all rights to the services. By using our services, you grant us the necessary rights to provide the service, including processing your content through our systems.

6. Billing and Cancellation

Subscription fees are charged according to your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time, and service will continue until the end of your paid period. French law provides a 14-day withdrawal right for new subscriptions.

7. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, JOLIEBE shall not be liable for indirect damages or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

9. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate service for violations of these terms or if continued service provision becomes impractical.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
